These terms, and what they cover

These terms govern your use of sebiq.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover this website only. SebIQ, the product, is not yet available, and these are not terms of service for it. When the product launches it will have its own terms, and using it will be a separate agreement.

sebiq.com is operated by Apollo Strategy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17188831, whose registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@sebiq.com. SebIQ is our product and brand name.

What this site is

This site describes a product we are building and lets you register interest in it.

Everything on it is information about work in progress. Descriptions of Outlook, Bridge and Pulse describe what we intend to build. Features, timing and availability may change, and nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to launch, or a promise that any particular capability will exist. Any figures shown are illustrative examples, not forecasts, advice, or a representation about anyone's business.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it must not be relied on as any of those. If you need advice, take it from someone qualified to give it.

Registering interest

If you register interest, please give us details that are accurate and your own. Registering interest creates no obligation on either side: it does not entitle you to access the product, and it does not commit us to provide it.

How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the site unlawfully, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• submit anyone else's personal details, or details you are not entitled to give us;
• submit anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated or high-volume requests;
• copy, scrape or systematically extract the site's content other than as ordinary use permits.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, branding and materials on this site belong to Apollo Strategy Ltd or are used under licence. SebIQ and the SebIQ logo are our marks.

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, republish or use its content commercially without our permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a pre-launch site and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and because this site provides information rather than a service you pay for, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything on it — including loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

Links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means accepting the current version.

Law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
